They happen when we're actually there for them.

This week is about slowing down enough to notice your own life again.

We'll explore:

🌿 The role of play, joy and positive emotions

🌿 Building simple rituals that support wellbeing

🌿 Designing a lighter, more intentional rhythm for the months ahead

I'M SZILVIA.

I'm a psychologist, positive psychology practitioner, coach, volunteer Board member and, most recently, a mum.

Like many people, I know what it's like to perform in multiple roles and live up to different responsibilities and expectations.

I also know how easy it is for a season that promises rest, connection and joy to become just another period of getting things done.

This summer, I want something different.

I want time for laughter, meaningful conversations, spontaneous moments, new experiences and the kind of memories that stay with us long after the season ends.

And I suspect I'm not the only one!

That's why I created The Lighter Summer Club: a gentle, psychology-informed experience designed to help busy professionals create more space, energy and enjoyment in everyday life.

Small, intentional shifts help us step out of autopilot and reconnect with what matters most.
