I’m Szilvia, psychologist (Master's in Work and Organisational Psychology) and accredited coach (ACC) with nearly two decades of experience working within a diverse set of workplaces from scale-ups to large enterprises. So, who do I work with? Firstly, with busy mid & senior level professionals, who feel the weight of constant deadlines, mounting responsibilities, and roles that don’t fully tap into their potential.Â

Through coaching, you’ll discover strategies to leverage your strengths, build trusting and collaborative relationships, and create a sense of progress that’s truly rewarding. What I really love about my role in this process is that I can take part in turning work from a draining obligation into a space for people to grow, connect, and achieve the sense of accomplishment.Â
As someone who's recently become a first-time parent myself, I also offer my heartfelt support during that wonderful time of transition into parenthood from professional life, holding both spaces as areas that can contribute to a balanced life full of positive experiences, strengthening each other rather than draining the energy.Â
Besides 1:1 sessions, I also work with organisations offering workshops and webinars designed to highlight key workplace impact factors and equip teams with tools to become more resilient and more successful.Â
